Are you a collaborative Salesforce & ERP Systems Analyst interested in joining a mission-driven organization? If so, this position might be right for you. You will be responsible for managing Salesforce and ERP systems and will support cross-departmental teams by contributing to system configuration, workflow automation, reporting, troubleshooting, testing, and solution design. 

This position is based in Oregon. In this hybrid or onsite role, office days are in our Portland or Salem, Oregon office.

What you will do:

  • Administer and enhance Salesforce to support evolving business processes, including user management, automation, custom objects, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Maintain, configure, and optimize the ERP system (Rootstock).
  • Recommend and implement process automation and system improvements that increase efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations, customer experience, and finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Serve as a bridge between our IT, operations, customer experience, and finance teams, ensuring our technology platforms are optimized to meet organizational needs.
  • Work collaboratively with department leadership to understand organization processes, goals, and gaps.
  • Collaborate with users across departments and IT Director in the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of new projects & system enhancements.
  • Provide training, communicate updates, and support and verify user adoption while minimizing disruption.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with operations, customer experience, and finance teams.
  • Provide high-touch end-user support, training, and documentation for Salesforce and ERP system.
  • Analyze and initiate configurations and customization of the Salesforce and ERP systems and participate in the change management and go-live support processes.
  • Design, coordinate, and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met.
  • Oversee deployment and rollout of Salesforce and ERP enhancements to ensure successful adoption.

How you are qualified:

  • Associate’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in Salesforce administration and development, including building, maintaining, and debugging Salesforce flows.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party apps is preferred.
  • Experience in ERP systems (Rootstock or comparable ERP system).
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or related) are preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with others and work effectively in a team environment.
